Making this wine gives me a chance to produce a true European type Rose in a light (low alcohol), crisp and dry style, similar to the wines produced while working as an apprentice and going to wine-making school in Europe.
Well balanced delicately structured wine with a light delicate pink color. Roses, white peach, strawberry sorbet, pink grapefruit, cranberry with just a hint of fresh carbonation on the finish.
